Twitter will be the most disruptive network

Twitter has struggled to maintain its audience and generate a profit in recent years and has become known as the social network of trolling and abuse. The network has transformed its offering this year with the introduction of a redesigned app and the jump to 280 characters, but it still has a long way to go to claw back users. In 2018, the network will introduce more features to attract new users and remove pain points from existing users (such as offering the ability to edit tweets and hide abusive content), and businesses will be able to capitalise.

 

Influencer marketing will explode

Influencer marketing is incredibly powerful when used correctly, with some predicting it’s already a billion dollar industry. Generation Z and Millennials are advancing their careers, and their purchasing power is increasing, and influencer marketing is the perfect way to reach them and grow your market share.
